We are seeking Bilingual (Spanish speaking) medical staff to become a part of our family practice team. Someone who will embrace our mission to serve the community with compassion and commitment. Bilingual Spanish/English speaker, medical terminology knowledge, and/or recent medical office work preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. The ability to empathize and provide compassionate patient support is a must. Other qualities we are looking for include attention to detail, dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Our clinic offers competitive pay based on skill and experience, 401k and paid time off for full time employees, as well as medical care to the employee and immediate family.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Assist nurses and providers with patient care tasks

· Check in/check out patients

· Manage accounts and invoices

· Maintain confidential medical records

· Answer/return calls

· Document in the medical record

· Filing, faxing, completing forms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No weekends
